The following additional terms apply to users of Gather Postpartum by Village for Mama.
Gather Postpartum has three user roles — mama, villager, and practitioner. Each role has different levels of access. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
By using Gather Postpartum, you understand that certain information you provide — including your name, delivery address, dietary needs, and household notes — may be visible to the villagers you invite and any Village Keeper or practitioner you have approved. You are in control of who you invite and what you share.
If you add details about your children — including names, school names, or pickup times — these are visible only to villagers who have been invited to your gathering and approved by you.
Gather Postpartum operates on a one-off payment model. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Where a gift village is purchased on behalf of another person, the redemption code is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Practitioners who use Gather Postpartum to manage client villages are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent from their clients to set up and manage a village on their behalf. Village for Mama is not responsible for how practitioner accounts are used.
If you delete your account, your village data will be permanently removed. Villagers who were part of your gathering will no longer have access to it.
Gather Postpartum is a digital platform. In line with our existing Village for Mama policy on digital products, all Gather Postpartum purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed and access has been granted. This includes the Gather Postpartum Pro village upgrade, gift villages, and practitioner plans.

This information is used solely to run your gathering and connect you with relevant postpartum practitioners in your area. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.
Only the villagers you personally invite and approve can see the details of your gathering. Practitioners you approve as Village Keepers have a broader view of your gathering to help coordinate support. Your delivery address is shared with villagers only in the reminder email sent on the day of a confirmed support slot.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data associated with your gathering will be permanently removed.
